• How We Manage Personal and Payment Information
  At GenericFast, we provide a payment link for you to enter your details and complete the payment for the specific pack you’ve ordered.
• Prescription Requirements
  We do not require a prescription, but we trust that your doctor has prescribed the medications for you. We prioritize your health and encourage you to make decisions that will benefit you in the long term.
• Medication Source/Authenticity
  At GenericFast, we hold high standards for your health and ensure that we only work with trusted sources to guarantee that all products meet high-quality criteria.
• Shipping Policies
  All orders are shipped from our own warehouse. You will only pay for the items you’ve ordered. For our U.S. customers, we accept PayPal and major credit cards, including Discover and Visa. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. We dispatch orders only after confirming payment. You can track your shipment with the assigned tracking number. Prescription medications in the U.S. are shipped via EMS.
• Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
  If you receive damaged medications, incorrect products, or an incorrect quantity, simply take a photo. We will make sure to reship your order or offer a refund in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Medical Consultations
  While we do not require a consultation to order medications, we emphasize responsible shopping and strongly recommend consulting a doctor. Our priority will always be the health of our patients.
• Limitation of Liability
  Please attach a clear photo of the package and medication if there’s an issue. We will either reship or issue a refund based on the customer’s preference.
