Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you have the right to request either a refund or a reshipment of the product.

To help speed up the process, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure to send clear pictures of the medication package and the medication you received.
  • Our shipping team will review the issue and resolve it within 12 working hours.
  • You can choose to receive a refund or we can send the same quantity of pills that were originally delivered to you.

For a refund, we will process the full amount, and you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.

If a reshipment is required, we will send the correct medication to the same or a different address. Please confirm if you’d like to use an alternate address. Additionally, once your package is reshipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number.

We will also provide you with the return address for sending back your order. Once we receive the return tracking number, we will process your refund.

Special Note:
Refunds and reshipments are only applicable in cases of order errors.
These options are valid only within 15 business days from the notification of the issue.
