While we have high customer satisfaction ratings, we recognize that each customer’s situation may be unique. Therefore, we offer cancellation services.
At times, circumstances beyond the customer’s control may require order cancellations, which are unavoidable.
How to Cancel Orders on Our Portal
We’ve made the cancellation process simple. You can easily cancel your order online or by calling our helpline. In both cases, you’ll need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
Once you cancel your order and comply with the relevant policies, you will receive a cancellation invoice from us.
How We Process Refunds for Canceled Orders and Requests
Upon receiving a cancellation request, our team will review the applicable policy guidelines. We will then check the order volume and coordinate with our delivery and logistics department for the next steps.
We only process refunds for online transactions. The refund will be credited back to your account. We do not accept cash or drafts, so you will need to provide your bank details and other relevant information to process the transaction.
We are not responsible if the bank details provided are incorrect or if the details are inactive.
For online cancellation requests made on our portal, it will take at least 7 working days for the cancellation to take effect.
Additionally, we are not responsible if the funds do not appear in your account within 7 working days. If that happens, you should contact your bank directly, not us.
